Will do the job for motorcycle axle removal
One of those tools that I use once in a while but you need to have to get the wheels off some motorcycles. This type of fitting is now becoming less common on modern bikes, but if you're working on older machines you'll need it sooner or later. Also common for disc rotor removal, but you may need smaller size as the smallest in this tool is 17mm. The tool itself is utilitarian. It's basically made but looks strong enough to handle a lot of torque. It loses a star for being only 3/8 drive compatible and doesn't come with an adapter for 1/2" drive. Personally unless you need to spend the least amount of money, I'd spend a bit more for a hex set that included a 14 and a 12 mm drive.

solid and sturdy
Decent socket tool. My son is having some issues figuring out how it works though as it just one solid metal piece but I'm sure he'll figure it out. Very solid and sturdy and the metal has a good weight to it. Should come in handy for his motorcycle once he figures out what he's doing with it as the instructions aren't the best.
