I purchased a bottle and it was not wrapped in plastic and it didn’t have any foil under the cap. Is that normal?

Excellent!

Chef Paul Prudhommes really knows how to do spices. The Blackened Steak Magic is one of my favorites and it is fantastic on steak. Put a little on a baked sweet potato, and you have an excellent dinner! Delicious!
