Great source of protein and dietary fiber without sugar or dyes. I recommend adding a tablespoon of pure psyllium flakes, a sprinkle of homemade nut & dried fruit trail mix, & protein-rich soy milk. Delightful!

This cereal was so naturally good, as I recall eating it when I lived in West Germany many years ago. It is by far the heaviest cereal I have ever eaten. I will order more because I ate if for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great tasting yet healthy low sugar "cereal"option. After tax with free prime this is still almost $11.00 per box making this more of a treat than a daily food.

The no-sugar added Familia Swiss Muesli is the very best of them all. Add berries, raisins, sliced bananas or whatever fruit you enjoy, mix in some yogurt & milk, not too much or it will get soupy. Leave it in the fridge overnight. Next morning add some milk if it is too think, stirr it and you are ready to enjoy a healthy & delicious Swiss breakfast ! I used to buy Familia Muesli at a local supermarket which discontinued this brand. I tried some other brands which I did not like as for some reason I didn’t digest well. When I saw Familia on Amazon I happily ordered of 6 of the 29oz boxes which is a good buy. Now I am fully enjoying my daily addition to my breakfasts again.

I used to get this for about 7 to 8 dollars a box, but the price has been steadily increasing. 22 dollars for two boxes? That's a bit much. It used to taste better too, and come in a foil bag, which was much better for keeping the product fresh. Had more fruit and nuts as well. Still, it's not terrible. Just not as good as it used to be. The oat part of the product is decent, but pretty powdery. The box size is good, and when serving the oats absorb a lot of moisture, with means you get a bigger serving than you might expect. I like to mix my muesli with Greek yogurt and milk. Sometimes I add a little honey. It's a great breakfast.
