I use them professionally - perfect for my job. good quality, good value, comfortable, clear reception - I especially like the volume control which is simple to use.

As a smaller woman, it was very hard for me to find a dictation headset that fits my head. This headset is perfect for a smaller head due to the height of the headband and the nice padding under the band which carries the weight of the headset, but would also fit a larger person due to the band adjustment. The earphones are actually comfortable to wear for hours of dictation, because the headset is a little wider at the bottom than most headsets to prevent it from squeezing your ears. I initially tried the generic headset that came with Dragon Naturally Speaking, which had poor accuracy. Switching to this Logitech headset for Dragon dictation made a huge difference and increased my accuracy significantly. I have actually bought several of these headsets for use at work and home, and have used them for the past 3 years. So far they work extremely well. I am also pleased with the volume and mute buttons which are on a controller on the cord. I would highly recommend this headset which is sold online and in some office supply stores locally.

I use this for phone calls working at home and I've gone through several pairs before I found these. The audio quality is good for me and for the person I'm speaking to. It's light enough that wearing it for 8hrs while not completely great all day is still much more comfy than several other options I tried at varying price points. Especially for the cost id definitely recommend these for doing calls from a computer.

Good fit works great, I do wish the cushion was fabric or cotton though as they tend to stick to my ears if/when I perspire/sweat.

Due to COVID, I now spend two full days each work week week in Zoom, Poly Realpresence [Windows software], and Teams. I've given up on my Apple Airpods Pro (I) and Bose QC 35 Bluetooth headsets. This cheap product has better sound isolation for the microphone than either of those. I am sure of that because people no longer complain that they hear my typing during our meetings. And since it is wired, it is simply more reliable than the occasional blip in connectivity with the high end Bluetooth headsets. Plus I don't have to worry about the battery running out. Sometimes, old school is better than new school! I can't comment on the audio if you wanted to listen to music or play video games, I've only ever used it for audio on video chats.

This is the 6th logitech H390 I've purchased. Never had an issue before. Bought in November as a backup and just now opened it. Disappointed that the right ear doesn't work at all. Can't find any troubleshooting on the internet. All other logitech headphones (same model) continue to work just fine so I'm positive it is NOT my USB port. Sad it's too late to get a replacement. Should have opened and tested it when it first came. $40 bucks down the drain. Update: Contacted Logitech and told them the situation. They are sending me a replacement!

Great mic quality, it doesn't pick up any animals or other people talking in the room. They feel very sturdy and durable. You can easily hear through both headphones buuuuutttt these hurt my ears!! It's really uncomfortable if you're wearing for 8 hours a day 😭 I have to look for a new headset, one that goes over the ears instead.

it's a very good choice of the headset, especially for the company, I never had a complain and the sound quality is good both the mic and speaker. I think I already purchased around 100+ with this model.
