No cuts, long battery, waterproof
It's an electric shaver, don't expect a close shave. Although if you stand a couple feet back it looks like a close shave, take that as you will. On the bright side, you really can't get any ingrown hairs and can be pretty careless when using it. It's very difficult to get cut, you might get pinched if you're being absolutely careless and are using it on loose skin and it very obviously comes at a folded bit, but in any other situation, smooth experience. Works completely fine in the shower, definitely water proof. Just make sure to close the charging port cover. I will say though, their suggestion to make sure the foil between the two "close" shaving ends is touching you skin at all times, really makes it become more of a trimmer than a shaver. I never use the foil and am almost always having a higher more attacking angle with that end. Definitely wouldn't suggest doing that with the trimming end if it has it's guard off. On that topic, I've found that if you want to cover large, smooth and flat areas, the trimmer with it's guard off is the best bet. The shaving end can just be too inconsistent sometimes, but it much less likely to cut you. So if you're trying to shave your legs especially, I'd at least start with the trimmer with it's guard off. Be careful to make sure it's nearly flat against your skin though, if you just point it straight against your skin and press down it will definitely cut you. Pretty hard to mess up that bad though. Overall, if you want a quick and easy method to shave large areas or to safely trim sensitive areas, you don't care about the shave being close, you know how to use it to it's full potential, this is the #1. I've just heard too many bad things about the "lawnmower" shaver (all versions really).. beware..

Works great, just don't drop it
Great trimmer. Trimmed everything without nicks, feels close to premium. It will be waterproof until you drop it. At this point, it's a ticking time bomb unless you fix it. I didn't realize this at the time. It is prone to water ingress due to the very cheap plastic cracking upon any drop. I dropped this trimmer a couple of times max in the two years I owned it. Apparently one of those times was enough to cause two hairline cracks in the small trimmer motor side plastic. Today I started my shave, and noticed that the motor would start stalling, and would only be usable once I splashed some water on the trimmer. It also had a different buzzing sound than usual, noticeably louder. I thought maybe it needed some oil or lubricant or cleaning, so I started disassembly. Once I took the 2 screws, then the slide housing out, I noticed some brownish stain and cracking on the plastic. I dug further by pulling the motor out with pliers (I had to break the side tabs to get a good grip on the friction fit housing), and found this completely rusted motor. I will have to either find a replacement motor or seal off the end with glue. 5/5 functionality 5/5 looks 3/5 build quality

Best "manscaping" option!
My beloved gifted me a new personal trimmer for Valentine's Day (was my request, you filthy animals!) based on my suggestions, driven by reviews and mainly marketing. I immediately returned the newest "manscaping" gizmo that was much better at marketing than working. The Philips Norelco Series 7K is a fantastic, versatile grooming tool that shows a LOT of thought went into it. Only down-side I can list is I wish it was Qi charging capable so it integrated with my shaver on the counter, but the battery is astounding so absolutely not a deal breaker by any means. Using it in delicate applications with the foil side, including arm pits, works fantastically with no irritation. If you adventure to southern regions, it again is fantastically gentle and effective. I really like the trimmer on the other side, especially since the (very effective) adjustable guard can be fully removed. Since I sport a flat-top haircut, this is great for touch-ups and shaping and the integrated and adjustable guard provides a lot of flexibility for various applications. Another use that I didn't initially expect is the foil side head also provides excellent fine-tuning and shaping of a flat-top. I have used a dedicated Bruan foil shaver for this previously, but the 7K actually is much better for this. I assume it is because of larger foil openings, slower motor speed, and different edge trimmer design. I can report it works very well and will likely retire the Bruan. Of note, the foil side is NOT intended for face shaving for the reasons I listed as a pro for hair trimming... Very pleased and thankful to find something that works exceptionally well instead of an over-hyped "lawnmower". Don't fall for the BS, this thing is the best option out there...

Close shave and long battery life!
It's pretty good and the best I've tried! What impressed me the most was the battery life, definitely. I've been using it more than once a week and the battery is still going strong off a single charge.

Máquina com sinais de queda da embalagem, as peças estavam todas espalhadas e desencaixadas da máquina. Além de que o carregador não era europeu

Great and quiet razor (for intimate areas not facial hair) with a solid battery life and reasonably fast charge tile. Comfortable and feels safe to use on intimate areas (much better than my old razor), and leaves no visible or noticeable stubble. I have received no nicks or pulling when using. While it is quite a clean shave, it is not quite as clean as an proper razor, epilator or waxing. BE AWARE: this comes with an American power cord, so you will need an adapter if you are outside the United States. I was able to charge it with an Australian cable from my previous Philips razor of equivalent voltage and specifications however I cannot guarantee this will not cause an issue for you.
