Brand New, looked like it had never been opened. Only thing is that it is listed as a hardcover when it is actually paperback. Other than that i would recommend it! Great for the price also if you have the money to spend!

LA Fab License Book
Purchased this book to use for studying for the test to obtain the LA Fabricator License. Amazon said it was used. However, it looked brand new, I don't think it was ever even opened. And after this test, I hope to never open it again. Great condition, super fast shipping

don expect it to be the real deal, but for testing it will do you just fine. I think this is a knock off copy of the real code book but for this price, I'll take it. and save me a few hundred dollars.
