Like the good old fashion crockpots
Works like charm! Easy set up and easy to clean. I like the options of hour cooking choices. Feels far less techy than these other crock pots. Call me old fashion but, I just think it works better and I feel more comfortable with buttons vs having to program it.

Better outcome than I expected
Update: I tried to submit a warranty claim through the link on Amazon which did not work. I went out to the Crock Pot website and successfully submitted a claim. They are sending me a replacement unit. I hope the new one lasts longer than the first. I bought this crock pot six months ago. I have only used it a handful of times and now it won’t turn on. I tried to do a hard restart with no luck. It was expensive and I expected better performance. Don’t waste your money.

Great product!
This was the second one of these that I have purchased. My old one quit after years of service. I wanted this same depending one with a timer. I just wish that these came in different colors. Great value for the money.
