Crime Scene Investigations for Middle School
My husband used this at school for middle grade students on the final day before Christmas break! It was a welcome distraction from the regular school day grind and a change of pace from the usual movies shown on the last day! Activities are easy to follow and complete. Any materials not included in the kit are easy to come by in the typical science classroom (microscope, hand lenses, etc.). Allowed for critical thinking and good discussion at the conclusion of the labs.

Blood was mostly spilled
Just got this today for a CSI class I'm doing and I planned on doing the lab tomorrow but most of the blood is spilled all over the inside of the box! Not sure what I can do now but it's very disappointing. I can't see how there would be enough blood in any of the vials for more than two groups.
