I’ve been using the arboleaf Smart Scale for a few weeks now, and it’s a big upgrade from a standard bathroom scale. The 8-electrode design (with the handle) really sets it apart—it gives a much more detailed and consistent breakdown of body composition compared to the typical foot-only scales. The 7-in-1 display is very convenient. You can instantly see key stats like weight, body fat, BMI, and muscle mass without always needing to open the app. That said, the app is where this scale really shines. It tracks a lot of metrics, including segmental analysis (arms, legs, torso), which helps you understand where you’re gaining muscle or losing fat over time. Setup was quick, and syncing with my phone was seamless. The readings have been consistent day-to-day, which gives me confidence in the data. I also like that it supports multiple user profiles, so it’s great for a household. You just have to open the app on your phone and hop on the scale, it will automatically register on the app so you don’t have to manually change users. The build quality feels solid, and the design is sleek enough to leave out in the bathroom. It clearly improves the depth of analysis. Love this scale and the program to review my progress with my weight loss. It takes all the guess work out of the equation. It has a easy to read display and is very accurate with the information.

I used to go to a gym with an InBody scale that performed body composition analysis. I thought it was great and missed using it when I moved and joined another gym. This scale is very sensitive but very accurate. It connects via Bluetooth to your phone, and when you perform a body analysis, it creates a well designed report showing your weight and your body mass, body fat, and water weight as they're distributed around your body. It's specific enough to show your body muscle and body fat in each arm and each leg. When it's completed, you can have it create a PDF and email it to yourself to keep as a record. This is not the least nor the most expensive scale of this kind, but it's a good value for the money.

I love this scale. I get so much information from it in just a few minutes of stepping on, being measured, and looking in the app. The trending section of the app can be used to see how your body has changed over a range of days. There are also other arboleaf tools that can be connected to the same app, like the tape measure that is super easy for one person to use. Get a bigger picture of your health with this scale.

My brother has one of these and has been on me forever to get one. I broke down and purchased this. I do not know what took me so long. I get on it about twice a month and it tells me everything I need to know and everything I need to work on if you can see the numbers you can work on your numbers and you can see whether you're going in the right direction or the wrong direction. This is amazing I would recommend this scale to anyone. I actually have recommended it to friends and family. I think they're tired of hearing it from from us.

App interface produces font size that not only can not be "increased" yet is so small that even while utilizing x1.25 reader glasses I still have to use a large magnifier to read app details. As other users have disclosed there is no way the apps biometric calculations are accurate. For an atheltic built 50 year old who is in the gym 4-6 days per week plus lives an active lifestyle with minimal body fat, plus eats clean, this temple is not carrying 22.1% body fat (lol) aka 43lbs of fat is not accurate by any means. I discern this system is more than doubling what is actual. Interesting concept overally yet clearly not true for the detailed oriented consumers.

Will show weight on scale and in app but will not update information in app. Does not show body fat percentage and yes was barefoot and holding handle correct. Even followed all the faq and still doesn’t work. Update from 1 star to 4 2nd one work as expected. Lost a star due to Amazon not returning my money until they receive definitive one back.
