Caterpillar Men's Founder Chukka Boot

Very comfortable and true to size. Highly recommended

I bought these for my husband. He already had a pair of the CAT Parker Industrial in Honey Wheat and he kept asking me to try and find him a pair in the dark brown but I couldn't find the Parkers for a good price. I decided to give these a try and he loves them! He said they fit great and they are more comfortable and lightweight than the Parkers. He said the sole is also a better quality. This is his new favorite!

I'm a native Old School New Yorker from BK. Boots have always been part of the culture and I've worn Timberland and the like for years. I'm recovering from knee surgery which is gonna take me out of my Timberlands for a while ... Especially when I'm gonna do a lot of walking. In the meantime I wanted a lighter and more flexible boot with that rugged look. The caterpillar Founder fit the bill. This boot is like wearing a high top sneaker, I kid you not. It's lightweight, though doesn't look it, very flexible, has good grip at the bottom and is made very well. It was everything I was looking for in a boot. I eventually purchased 3 pair ... My Tims are now gonna have to make room for my Cats.

Overall a good boot. Leather is soft and flexible and sole is very soft and comfortable. Not as heavy and rugged as some other Cat boot styles. Good for casual, everyday wear but maybe not the best choice for heavy duty outdoor work. Size seems to run just a touch big but not bad.

CAT phased out my favorite work boots which were feather light yet tough. I was very sad until I found the last of those models on E-bay and bought them ALL. Once those wore out, my tired old feet were crying and I took a chance on this pair. The reviews were good and spot on - they are feather light yet tough as nails and grip the ice really well. Look good too! I WILL buy these again and highly recommend them!

These boots are super comfy. The mid sole is super cushy. They feel like you are wearing your most comfortable pair of sneakers in boot form. Would recommend if you will be on your feet all day. I took them for a hike after breaking them in and my feet were happy. They aren’t the most protective boot, so you may want to pass on these if you are looking for a sturdy work boot. Overall, would recommend to the person looking for a work boot look but sneaker comfort, who isn’t concerned about durability.

I wear 3/4 boot daily and have so for more than 20 years. These are perfect to wear all day. They flex easy and never leave a mark in floors. They have good cleats with enough space to clean out easy. Heavy enough to offer nice protection for a non-steel toe which I don't need. After I wore my first pair for a week, I ordered a second pair.

these are the most comfortable boots ive ever owned. ive worn them 9 hours a day, six days a week since owning them. i work as a custodian in a large school, i know about foot fatigue and aches and pains..i havent had a problem since wearing them. i put an extra very thin insole inside & theyre good to go. the sizing is accurate & theyre nice and light. i only wish there was a tab at the back to pull them on and that they were waterproof. i keep treating them with water repellant spray
