Is the box and the tube blue as the picture shows blue but a previous review said it is white ?

The packaging has changed. The original was a tube within an all blue box. The latest one that I have ordered came in a pump action container within a white and blue box. Blue on the front of the box, and white on the other 3 sides. I must say I prefer the older tube version because you know you can get all the serum out of the tube. Pump action always leaves some in the bottom. Apart from that, the serum appears to be the same, which is very good.

How much retinol is in this product

The retinol in the serum is Retinol Palmate which is a mild retinol, no percentage is given

Is this Non-Comedogenic?

I have used this product as long as it's been on the market it is great and will not clog your pores in anyway or make you skin greasy it helps with lines and wrinkles, my daughter uses it she has rosacea. the skin feels like silk when applied after cleansing of the skin apply sparingly under your day cream.The answer to your question is part can be derived from complex oil blends, but with it being so light you cannot feel it.Hope this helps,

The one I purchased is a tube, which I prefer as you get every last drop out!!!
