I had these hanging for over three days now and I've seen a few moths still flying around. I am hopeful that I won't see any more after a month because I've seen it immobilise a spider within a couple of hours in the area where I had one of these. I think it might be dead, I haven't been brave enough to confirm yet. But it looks curled up and hasn't moved from its spot on the ceiling, so the sachet is definitely doing something. Just a warning though, the foil itself is easy to peel off if you just bend the area (there are arrows pointing to it), but there's a thin plastic membrane that separates the foil from the liquid. It's very easy to accidentally peel that off along with the foil too if you're not paying attention. The instructions are not to poke it as it controls how the liquid permeates into the air, so definitely don't peel it off. It is not supposed to come off with the foil. If the liquid spills out, you peeled it wrong xD

A friend recommended this for my carpets which are mostly wool but I don’t think it’s that great as it hasn’t really eradicated the moths. The little buggers seem to have become immune. I bought the spray and the hanging stuff which you place in a wardrobe and also some sachets which you place in a drawer. I can still see the odd moth flying around but maybe it’s a slow process and I need to be more patient.
