Perfect for learners
Contains Japanese to english as well as english to japanese sections. But you should have a good understanding of the โKana scriptsโ as Romanji is not included. You can find usage notes on numerals and counting, verb, common phrases, etc. I've attached the contents page as reference for buyers. The bottomline is I would surely recommend.

Best book for beginners
It's the best dictionary for beginners who are just starting to learn Japanese. The hiragana and katakana chart is at the last which would have been at the beginning in my opinion. Rest everything is excellent. You can blindly go for this.

Best for Japanese learning for N5 N4 and also little in N3 level.
It insult for calling it just a dictionary it very use full of learning Japanese all 3 stript are here with many grammar parts and many meaning form English to japnese(A to Z) and japnese to English(ใ to ใ).

I didn't find any photo of the product uploaded before purchasing it. So here are some photos fo future buyers. As for the product itself, it's good. But make sure to know your kana as romanjis aren't provided. Translations looks good so far. The coverage would take you half way through N3 I would say.

Utilissimo anche se un pรฒ complicato da usare
Sto imparando il giapponese da zero e quindi faccio un pรฒ fatica a capire in che ordine sono le parole. Ma รจ utile e aiuta a fissare meglio la scrittura di hiragana e katakana.

Well worth the money
The level of extra information in the book is outstanding, it has both Hiragana and Katakana versions of Japanese symbols to express words from English. I've just started learning the calligraphy of Japanese symbols and thought yeah I would like to know what I'm writing about and understand a little bit of the language. Hopefully I progress in the right direction and this book will aid my progression.

Terrific buy
As others have said, the entries are all in Kana and Kanji - absolutely essential for learning Nihon-go. It's smaller than I expected, which means it's portable in a small knapsack. Pagination is exceptional - very happy customer here!
