This product worked well for my homemade dresser. Pro's: 1) width of 3/4 inch worked well as my dresser had 3/4 inch plywood and I did not want the feet to be seen (installed on carpet) 2) quality is good, no concerns holding up with the weight of the dresser. 3) ease to install (hammer) 4) packaging - since I only used 8 of 24 the re-locking plastic case is perfect 5) able to slide dresser into place w/o snagging carpet on wood Con's for this implementation I did not have any cons (the dresser is in a single spot so we are not moving it on a regular basis)

Good quality furniture slides. I'm replacing plastic slides that cracked. I wish I had bought these the first time.....these seem to be quality made. The nail part is a little bigger than the cheapies I was replacing so I predrilled the holes out to fit, so it wouldn't split the chair legs. I'm sure these will last a long time.

These nickel based furniture guides are made for heavy duty usage for some teak wood patio furniture. They are easy to install and glide easily over an outdoor rug the furniture is on top of.

If you refinish more than a couple of pieces of furniture per year, this product is an affordable solution. I am retired and refinish more than a few things per year and I prefer older pieces with some nice character. It is a crime to attach anything plastic to such things and I much prefer the metallic look. Also, places like Home Depot and Lowes, for some reason, are no longer selling the metallic glides with nail-on application.

Used for headliner for auto. Works great.

These are good quality furniture glides; however, I put them on a flat base of a chair to help move it easier for cleaning around the chair, and they left gray marks on my brand new carpet. I’m using a dry eraser to remove the stains from the glides, but will remove them from the chair base.

I rarely write a review but these are a GAME CHANGER! I have very old and heavy mission oak dining chairs and I nor the grandkids could scoot up to the table on the carpet while sitting. These were easy to install with a tiny drilled pilot hole and they now glide smoothly! I would definitely buy again but, I'm hoping their apparent sturdy craftsmanship will mean i don't need to!

Fait ce qu'il doit faire. Difficile de trouver des patins quand on a des chaises sur un tapis de nos jours. Ces coussins sont parfaits et durables.

Excellent si vous avez un plancher de bois franc. 👍 Nous avons un plancher de bois franc huilé brun . j'ai essayé plusieurs modèles afin que les chaises de cuisine ne laissent pas de trace en glissant. -- en plastique blanc car je croyais que en feutre allait attraper les petites roches et grafigner le plancher... finalement, ce patin laissait des traces blanches sous toutes les chaises -- En plastique brun (me disait : si ils laissent d'estrades, elles ne serait pas visibles car brun) (et c'est normal que ça use un peu en glissant) ... Finalement c'était juste un peu mieux que blanc. Ça laisse quand-même des traces. *** Ce patin en métal ne laisse pas de traces ** de plus (une de mes craintes était que ce patin laisse une grosse trace creusée par le métal avec le poids d'une personne qui recule sa chaise) Finalement, cela n'arrive pas. nb : seulement la chaise près de la porte d'entrés laisse parfois des traces, causé par les saletés de l'extérieur, mais il suffit de garder le secteur propre. ps : petit truc pour faire partir les petites grafignes : vaporisez une petite quantité de 'Pledge' 👍 , fritter un peu et bingo ! c'est nickel. (évitez qu'il reste du 'Pledge' aux endroits où vous marchez (très glissant !) )

Pretty good . You might bend a nail . Put a block of wood on top before using a hammer ( if you need a hammer ) Slides on the flooring well . No scratching

Excellent on hardwood floors. Much better and more durable than felt or rubber

Installation was fine but we tried them on one chair and they did not "glide" like the package claimed. They had a loud scratching sound and they marked our hardwood floors up. I do not recommend. We are trying plastic ones next to see if they are better.
