Beautiful tree! Very delicate so not good for little hands but my grandchildren are memorized by it.

Bought this as a christmas gift for my wife who loves Disney (and I do too, honestly), and she absolutely loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the trains on 2 of the levels and the sleigh on top actually move around in circles - somehow did not pick that up from the listing. The on switch allows for turning on the lights & motion only (the trains and sleigh) or the lights & motion + music box music, which cycles classic Christmas instrumentals. The switch also has a volume adjustment for the level of the music. A very nice design. The lights are similar to other ceramic christmas trees I have seen - it is not designed to light up brightly, but rather give a nice pleasant glow. I think it is perfect. We had a little issue with the first unit shipped - the lights did not turn on at first, and then after a few tried, the flickered and when come on sometimes. We returned it to amazon for a refund, and thanks to Amazon Prime had the replacement in 2 days with plenty of time for displaying during the holiday. I always really appreciate great customer service like that!

My mother in law cried when she opened it! She loves Disney and couldn’t be more happy with this tree to display for Christmas! The song that is play and the lights just make for a wonderful Christmas feel!

Thought the figures would have been larger. Each figure is about the length of a man's pinky nail.

Love it. The only thing is the Adapter doesn’t work. A new one has been sent to me. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet to know if the problem was the adapter or the tree.

I love it. It’s so beautiful the lights and music and I like how the trains go around.

Es precioso ,llego en buen estado ,gira cada piso del árbol Y emite canciones navideñas , las figuras adosadas al tronco del mismo no tienen tanta definición y eso desmerece un poco ,sin embargo es lindo ,llevo apenas unos días. Con él y solo lo probé un instante pero no falló , a mi me gustó .

El árbol es precioso y, afortunadamente, de momento funciona perfectamente (claro que solamente hemos hecho una prueba inicial, ya veremos cuando esté a pleno rendimiento en la época navideña). Es un estupendo objeto de coleccionismo para los fans de Disney entre los que me cuento. Pero el calvario de correos, documentación y trámites sufridos con la aduana, hasta lograr su entrega, con 10 días de retraso sobre la fecha tope prevista, y tras pagar unas tasas superiores al 50% de su precio incial, y todo ello sin previo aviso en el momento de la compra a una página web española (Amazon.es), ha supuesto un serio contratiempo en todos los órdenes, incluido, evidentemente, el económico, razón par la que le doy solamente 3 estrellas. Creo sinceramente que debería ser Amazon, como intermedario, quien se hiciera cargo de estos trámites cuando pone a la venta este tipo de artículos en España.
