I am an enhanced athlete and have had issues with lipids which is what led me to this product. I get pre, mid and post enhancement blood work done. I've been using this product off and on for approximately 6 months. I have been enhanced for 6 weeks now and just had mid blood work. I have consistently been taking this product while enhanced. My ldl went down from 138 to 131. My hdl went down from 42 to 32. My triglycerides went up from 138 to 164. My total cholesterol went down from 205 to 196. I am not taking any other ancillary products that affect cholesterol. It seems like this product helps with total and ldl but it does not seem to assist with triglycerides or increasing hdl while enhanced. Also, contrary to another review, my liver values are within range and have never been out of range on this product.

You didnt feel different? It didnt do jack? Dont listen to these morons people. I have been using this supp for years off and on. I have at least 4 different sets of before and after lipid panel blood tests to prove this stuff does exactly what it says it does. Last time I used two bottles of it I changed nothing in my diet except adding lipid stabil. After 60 days my total cholesterol went from 188 to 155. My HDL remained in mid range and my LDL decreased from 114 to 90. My triglycerides(fats in your blood) have gone from 100 (which is still good) to almost non existant at 30. I am a bodybuilder who eats 6 meals a day and basically the same things at the same times day after day. My diet doesnt fluctuate like most people. So when I add a supplement in and make no other changes to my regiment I can say for certain exactly what is garbage and what isnt. I also get blood work done every 90 days like clockwork. People who take this supp and expect to feel something are idiots. People who think their doctors are going to support a supplement are morons. people who also eat like complete garbage arent going to get the same effect from it. You cant eat crisco straight from the can and expect a supplement to lower your cholesterol. Lipid stabil works period. Multiple blood tests dont lie.
