The needles on the photo look small; can this product inject fluids with dry seasonings added?

The needles are large enough that a paperclip can be pushed through them with lots of clearance. The best go of it is to mix your dry seasonings into a broth or juice (apple, pineapple) and shake the mixture often as you are applying said mixture to the cut of meat. Any injector will clog if enough solids are allowed to "collect" to become a larger solid. I recently was able to remove all of the solids (sesame seeds) from a bulk teryaki sauce and the Chop system still pushed the dried onions through. I injected steak, chicken, and turkey . . . all of which came out excellent.

Are the needels included with this unit?

The 14ga 2" needles are incurred we recommend getting a set of the closed tip needles also.

Are the needle sizes standard injection size needles? Is using 1 needle bulky, or does it still work nicely?

Our standard needle size is a little smaller than average. 14 gauge. Using one should feel fine.

Can you just buy the injector wand if it breaks or does one have to purchase everything again?

I’m not sure. I would assume if you purchase this unit and the wand breaks, you can buy replacement parts.
