This ball machine is very easy to use. Love the app and how I can program the speed, loft or curve of a ball and throw the ball as fast as you would like and then some. Multilevel training drills are available and about 75 balls is all you want to hit at once. It is lightweight enough that you can carry.

The customer service was excellent. They responded to my messages quickly, which I really appreciated. The machine itself was very sturdy and well-built. I did share some feedback with their engineers, specifically that the phone app felt a bit buggy at times and that adding a physical remote control and a smartwatch app could make the overall user experience more friendly and intuitive.

This is the programming feature I’ve been after! Unlimited court targets, individual parameter tweaks, and custom drills that took my game to the next level. The only catch? It has a slight learning curve for first-timers, especially with complex multi-spot drills. But once you master the logic, the endless training possibilities make that small hurdle totally worth it.
