Great product we've had ours lil over a year
We are extremely satisfied with our system, which we initially purchased due to the unacceptable behavior of our neighbor. His dogs were aggressively chasing my family and causing damage to our property. Fortunately, I have been able to obtain a trespassing order against him, and his false claims have been discredited thanks to the evidence provided by my camera system. Additionally, the system has helped prove that he was illegally dumping construction materials in the nearby creek. I highly recommend considering this security system, as it has been invaluable in resolving this situation. The only improvements I would suggest are the addition of audio and alarm features, but this is a minor complaint. Furthermore, I plan to purchase a larger system in the future to expand the coverage of my security system i needed at least 2 more cameras but that was my fault....

Great investment for home or business security
I am very satisfied with this security camera system. The video quality is excellent, with clear and sharp images both during the day and at night. The installation process was very easy and quick, even for someone without much technical experience. In addition, the price is very reasonable for the quality it provides. It is definitely a great investment for home or business security. I highly recommend it.

It works once you figure it out
The sytem was tested and was easy to put together the problem arose when we tride to make adjustments like focusing, zooming and light adjustments for low light areas. The directions beyond the setup were poor. Also we tried calling tech support and got no answer or response. Why did you pick this product vs others?: because the price was right and it appeared to be easy to operate the different functions.

Decent and easy to use
The cameras are easy to install and the quality is good. One of the cameras cuts out when it starts to get dark, but once its dark it turns back on. I guess it doesn't transition well from light to dark. The other 7 cameras don't have this problem. The DVR stopped connecting to the internet after a couple weeks.
