This stuff is STRONG. It works great and does not even sag slightly.
I used this to replace an old clothes drying line. It was probably overkill for this purpose. This stuff is STRONG and a little tough to bend into a knot. But it works great and does not even sag slightly.

Nice item but not what I thought I was getting. I needed a flexible cable for a reel and this isn’t flexible enough.

Perfect for tree stabilizing.
I run this through plastic tubing and bend the tubing around trunks of young trees. Then wrap the ends around lodge poles to keep trees straight as they continue to grow.

Great for outdoor clothes line
I have used these same stiff wire clothes lines for many years. Like anything else overtime with weather, etc. they will weaken and break. I just had one line break that I had installed. They do last a long time considering. I prefer these over the flimsy style that you can tie in a knot. Just use pliers, well worth the price!

NOT for use as a clothesline
After reading reviews and answers to questions I purchased this as a replacement for my clothesline. I'm sure I'm to blame as well, but this is incredibly hard to work with, hard to uncoil, and will not pull tight for a clothesline. I'm sure this cord is good for something else - very sturdy - but too hard for me to work with. The manufacturer does make a replacement clothesline, as I see on the packaging, but I was looking for long-lasting and sag-free and the comments seemed to indicate this was a good choice. It's not, in my opinion.

Solid core wire, not stranded solid product, good value
For those who are wondering, the core is solid steel, not stranded/braided. It's not as flexible as the brained type, but it also means it won't flex as much either. I used this wire to hang patio lights, and the rigidity of the line works out for me.

Not a true clothes line
Did say what the line actually was.. it is not a multiple strand wire but a single strand alloy which bends. Not worth buying.
