Oh My This is GOOD Vinegar.I didn't know what to expect and what I received I could never have imagined. When you taste it for the first time, you know it's vinegar BUT....The flavor is hard to describe. I will say it's sweet, as vinegars go, with a taste that is reminiscent of chocolate, good chocolate, not cheap chocolate. Even though I find it quite a bit pricey, it's not bad and has a good flavor. It pairs pretty well with dumplings, so I'm happy at least about that.
