Put one spoon in Tea strainer and Put the tea strainer in a cup. Pour boiled hot water and close with a lid. Wait for 3 minutes, remove the strainer and drink the tea from the cup. No milk and sugar please. If required you can add ginger along with the leaf or add 3 drops of lemon for taste. both are good for health.
