Does it work on Frizzy thick curly hair...?

I have thick curly hair with frizz. I got the botox treatment to calm my hair, plus it's cheaper than a Brazilian blowout. I used this product to put the nice soft curls in my hair so it's easier to just style and go to work.

Did your set come with a label or anything that said, "sleep styler"? Mine arrived without any markings and it looks suspiciously like a knock-off.

I just received mine and just like you no label no instructions and the case is coming apart on the seams. When I tried to review it, saw that it was no longer available. Yeah we got knockoffs, so I'm returning mine. Bait and switch, not good.

Can I use these to straighten my hair?

Depending on how curlier hair is you might be able to straighten it that is a part of their selling point on their website I have her use it only to curl my hair

Memory Foam flattens so after sleeping on them how can they make round curls??

They make curls based on how you wrap the hair. however , it’s not easy and it’s messy. Your hair doesn’t come out all magical like the lady on Shark Tank.
