I ordered this product based on someone's answer that it was a 2-pack. But no, I received ONE little bag for this ridiculous price!!! And from checking these other answers, apparently it is just ONE bag. They should remove that person's answer.

What are the ingredients?

Ingredients flaxseed,almond meal,vital wheat gluten,eggs,water,yeast,canola oil,salt.

Does anyone know the amount or percentage of vital wheat gluten is in this ? I'm worried it isn't keto friendly

its about 35% but if you search vital wheat gluten keto, you will see this , Keto diets do not have to be gluten free. The vital wheat gluten is high in protein and low in carbs. It can also give keto flours the body they need to make dough's that are close to the real thing. The vital wheat gluten could be the ingredient your recipe needs to add that texture and structure to the baked goods
