These cherries are delicious, succulent and rich dark ruby red in colour, they are sweet without being sickly and with sufficient depth of flavour that they make a complimentary garnish to cocktails. Theses cherries are gorgeous I use them at Christmas in a pannetoni pudding with chocolate and orange marmalade in a baked custard favourite with my family last few years 😋 and am making bakewell tart and using them crushed mixed with raspberry jam for the base and topped with a cherry ontop before baking yummy I find they do keep well in there syrupy liquid well but arnt there long 🤣
