I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the Square Heavy Duty Aluminum Adjustable T-Square! This tool is a true gem in my collection, and I can confidently say that it's a "buy it for life" item.First and foremost, the build quality of this T-Square is outstanding. The heavy-duty aluminum construction feels incredibly sturdy and durable in my hands. I can tell that it's built to withstand years of use without showing any signs of wear or weakening.The adjustability feature is a game-changer, allowing me to tailor the T-Square to various measurements and angles with ease. Wish I had purchased this years ago. This is a very versatile, practical, accurate and well built product. Because it pivots to the parellel position it can be used as a straight edge. However, more important than that, it can be transported safely, easily and in less space because it folds down. You don't have to worry about breaking an arm because it is folded down. When I carry it to a site, I bring it along in the truck in a old PVC or ABS tube w/ covers at each end. It stays flat and safe and does not take up much room. When used as a T square it is sturdy and accurate. This is no flimsy piece of aluminum. It is thick and the the area where the T crosses is made by a tight fitting dado channel in each piece. Highly recommended.

Very good craftsmanship, sturdy, works great.

Took awhile to get here and arrived in a flimsy box, but no bends or damage. Marking is clear, but no discernable etching in the metal. I did not test the the accuracy of the measurements, but it works well, is easy to use and store and just plain does the job for plywood and sheetrock. I'm happy with the cuts I made, but I'm not doing any fine, cabinet-like work. It has a nice heft and the 90 degree recessed interlock seems solid without flex, but I could see how it could wear over time or if banged around. It's very handy and I'm very pleased with the purchase and it was reasonably priced. I am very happy to have the adjustable feature for odd-angle corners, like what I have just encountered in my garage for putting up 6" plywood moulding and wainscoting for tool hangers. It does make working with 4x8 sheets go much faster with measurement and line drawing, much finer line than snapping a chalk line. It flexes well to match any imperfections in the sheets and is nicely elastic.

Remodeling a room and putting up drywall and this tool is invaluable when cutting drywall. A little difficult to hold with one hand while cutting the dryway and may use a clamp to help. would definitely recommend and was very affordable.

Great quality and price

The description states "The precision-machined head and blade lock together for a perfect 90-degree angle". Well, the one I received did not, and it wasn't even close to fitting. Poor machine work and quality control. After 20 minutes of moderate filing on the channels, I finally got it to fit and slide. Verified 90 with a framing square and it was right on the money. Hope it lasts! Shipping was quick. Item was placed in a large heavy duty box with no packing paper or anything to keep it from banging around. Fortunately the item was not bent and checked true. The 3 stars are based on the fact that this item could not be used right out of the box. I believe this square will be put to good use and seems to be made of durable material.
