This thing is a champ, works great and doesn’t give up!
This is been a pretty great sprayer, the assembly was much easier than I thought it was gonna be. Not that it was easy mind you, but it really wasn’t that difficult. Being that I put this on a yard tractor I did have to fasten something up to mount it onto, but that wasn’t too difficult. Once I get it all assembled, I did a water test just to make sure how it would work and I have not had any issues, the spray pan is probably about 7 feet wide and seems to have plenty of pressure behind it. When I assembled it, I did use plumbing thread tape on everything because I heard that some people had problems with it leaking, but I have not had one leak yet. It is fully adjustable, but once I said it, I don’t really have to go back because I use it the same way every time.

Two years later, works great but take note...
I bought this nearly two years ago and have used it a few times per year. I constructed an attachment from 1.5" square tubing and latches onto where the 3-bagger base hooks up to. Now this year, the pump decided it'll simply not work. Replacement pump is around $70 but it's partly my fault likely as it sat outside including winter and through various rain, etc. I just replaced it and will unhooked it for the season so it can dry and store it in a dry location. There was some dry rot from the unit sitting outside but I learned other things. The hose that go to the sprayer is the same threading as the spigot. So, the fitting cracked but I was able to replace the piece with brass spigot adapter and use the same barbed plastic fitting after trimming the hose by a few inches. There's also a priming trick if it decides to stop running but taking the filter off the suction end in the tank and putting the garden hose against it. Overall for the price, it's excellent. I can spray it for awhile with full tank before I need to fill. I only had to do that once with our 13,000 sq/ft lawn.

Good sprayer for the money
This is one of the cheapest 15 gal boom sprayers I have seen in the past year or so. I had been looking for one to mount on the front of my walk behind because I am not spending $15,000 on a stand on sprayer. Assembly was pretty straight forward but some of the parts are cheaply made and most if not all the fittings are made out of plastic. I knew this prior to buying it from reading the other reviews but I had a goal of replacing all the plastic fittings with stronger ones once they break or wear out. I got this mainly to spray the green county line of fertilizers and it does just fine. I took the filter off the line inside the tank because it would get gummed up and I would have to clean it regularly because humic acid is thick. The pump is a 2.2 gpm I think and it sprays pretty well and has decent range. Most of the parts on the sprayer can be replaced with better quality parts. My main thing was just having the tank because like I said you can replace everything for pretty cheap or just rig it up with whatever works for you. I thought about getting a higher gpm pump but this one is doing it’s job for now. I know taking the filter off the line inside the tank puts my pump at risk but pumps are pretty cheap anyway. Another thing to check often is the filters where the two nozzles are on the boom. They will also get gummed up and effect the way the sprayer sprays. I would have given it 5 stars but the parts are kinda cheap when I opened the box and looked at the pressure gauge it was broke but I honestly am not even concerned about that because I wouldn’t have paid it much attention anyway. If you are looking for a cheap good sprayer then I would buy this one and try it before you pay $400 for a different one.

Works well on my tractor, good quality.
I am using this sprayer on a hitch rack on the back of a subcompact tractor. I was impressed with the quality of each component. The hand wand is nice and long and sturdy with an adjustable spray pattern. The broom sprayer on the back has 2 nozzles that give good coverage. I set the pressure regulator to about 60 psi and it seems to be the sweet spot. The electric pump works well and came with plenty of cable to reach the battery. No complaints.

Works OK with one catch. Update: Lowered to one star.
This spray kit is very complete and relatively inexpensive. The spray pattern is pretty good and I get about a 6-7 foot switch of pretty evenly distributed fluid. It has worked well to spread herbicide on my riding arena, driveway, and some trails. Every time I have used it, I will run it dry on my last spray run. The next time I use it, I will have had to prime the pump each time. It's not hard. Just fish the pickup tube out of the tank, elevate it and feed the tube with a funnel filled with water, remove the pressure regulator, and blip it off and on a few times until water flows, then button it up and off you go. It's messy, and depending on what you're spraying, maybe unhealthy. Once primed and running it works great, but why they use a pump that does not self-prime (at least for me) is a mystery to me. I think a lot of the negative reviews of this product come from the fact that it does not self-prime easily, or at all, and people give up on it. UPDATE: I used the rig this spring and wrote my review above. I rinsed and cleaned it thoroughly and it sat for 2-3 months. I just pulled it out to do some mid-season spraying. It was MUCH harder to prime this time and once actually primed, the spray was much weaker and the pump was just not putting out the flow that it did during the first use. This is a weak, and low quality pump. I dropped it to one star. I'll see if there is a replacement pump that might work, but it's pretty disappointing to only get one productive use out of the setup.

Hand held wand falls apart
Great tank, pump works awesome as well as the spray boom. The pressure created by the electric pump is more than enough. I had to build a small platform out of wood for my Polaris sportsman. The problem is after 2 full tanks on 2 separate occasion the hand held sprayer starts leaking. I placed an O-ring and the leak just moved from the end near the handle to the tip. Now the hand held sprayer will not shut off at all, even when the boom bypass is on to spray through the boom. I am currently looking for an upgraded hand held wand sprayer for this unit. It is still a good sprayer and I would recommend it with the understanding that the wand sprayer will need to be upgraded.

Great customer service!
I got this sprayer to spray herbicide on my hunting trails. It took me about 45 minutes to an hour to assemble and put on my SxS. The boom is adjustable as well as the nozzles. I was able to 'side spray' the brush that grows into the trails as well as adjusting the nozzles to later cover the trail. I would recommend filtering the water through cheesecloth. I had a small bug get into the tank and it clogged a nozzle - which I was able to clean out by disassembling the nozzle. The manufacturers customer service is responsive if you have any issues. I had the lid crack while using the sprayer - contacted the manufacturer and they immediately responded and then mailed me a new part. Overall - it is a great value for your money compared to other sprayers. My only regret is not getting a bigger version - the 14 gallon version goes quick. I should have opted for a 30-ish gallon capacity version.
