Cake Decorating For Dummies®

Reference book for when I decide to go wild on cake decorating.

It has detail but with out any pictorial instruction i found it a tad bit boring , it just went on and on ... :) could with a bit of pictures to explain how things are done for us dummies

I purchased this book thinking that I would have a step by step guide to cake decorating. I got that, but with absolutely no picture instructions to go with it. I would have thought that a book which is named 'Cake Decorating for Dummies' would in fact show us 'Dummies' how to do what they are instructing. Very disappointed :-(

Looks are deceiving. A lot of text and far to few photographs. Would avoid giving as a present as quite disappointing.

If you want a nice to read and follow book forget this one it's American and a lot of the things are american
