Which is superior for heavy bag work, venum elite or venum impact?

I have used the Venum impact gloves for sparring and heavy bag workouts. They are good for both.

I need XL, what OZ glove do I need

The ounce of the glove typically refers to the amount of padding and not necessarily the size. However, for some gloves, there may be a very slight difference in size between them, in that case, I would recommend a 16oz glove

I have a hand circumfernce of 8.5 inches measuring around my knuckles. I like tighter fitting gloves. Would a 16oz glove be a good fit for me?

Mine is measured at 8" even and the 14oz with hand wraps are just right.
