Very nice, and a healthy choice
I like this a lot! Now I can enjoy mac and cheese that contains no milk products. One box makes 2 large servings, or 3-4 smaller ones. Usually I saute some onions, garlic, and other vegetables and mix them in. You can make some veggies and serve them on the side if you prefer it that way.

More like a white sauce – added a cup of soy milk so it would cover the noodles.
I find this delicious, but It tastes more like a white sauce than cheese. I just sprinkle a little pepper on it. As far as there not being enough sauce as mentioned in other reviews; I added a cup of soy milk (my preference) instead of the third of a cup that’s recommended on the package which gave enough sauce to cover the noodles.

Vegan conversions cost what they do, but not to lack in taste.
I have been vegan a long time. Normally when I buy a Mac and cheese that is vegan, I choose a gluten free noodle as well. That includes the Annie’s brand. The vegan gluten free version is good, but this wheat noodle vegan version has less flavor. We had to melt some vegan cheese with it. If the vegan product tastes not bad, if you know what I mean, I give it some stars because it exists for us. It has some flavor- though I definitely won’t buy a multi pack again, so I do not say I do not recommend it, but….. buy with a caveat that you may be unimpressed, unless you always add a slice extra anyway.

Wonderful noodles - no crumbling! ❤️❤️❤️
This is the best, my favorite gluten free product! You can stir in sauce or veggies and not end up with broken bits of what you thought were noodles! I cannot express how delighted I was to end up with a nice, healthy, comfort food that meets my dietary restrictions. This can be made vegan or not. I add butter and milk and it is delicious. I did a box with almond milk that was also delicious. I ordered a “case” right away!

Like it
I had to eliminate dairy from my diet recently. But I love Mac and cheese, so this was my first time trying it dairy free. It’s pretty good. I am glad I found this product.

Comfort Food
Comfort food for the discerning vegan, and organic to boot. I like it with baked beans and a vegan burger.

Best vegan alternative to The Blue Box
If you have a nostalgic hankering for that old blue box of pseudo mac and cheese, and you’re avoiding animal products or just dairy in your diet, this is the first thing I’ve found that hits that spot. I have a great recipe for vegan mac and cheese from scratch, but if you were raised on the boxed stuff, sometimes you just want the boxed stuff, you know? I’ve tried other brands, including a brand I read a news article on that “even non-vegans were raving about” ...meh. I don’t even like the shells and “cheese” from this same brand, I think they’re gluten free or something? Or I’ve gotten a bad box... every time I tried them before finding these, because the “cheese sauce” was fine, but the shells are tiny and super dense no matter how I cooked them, and the whole box didn’t fill a single regular bowl, this variety actually gave me boxed mac and cheese volume too. Does this taste as good as from scratch? Obviously not, but I would say it tastes as good as I remember the boxed stuff tasting and it’s convenient and considering how much it makes, it’s not too bad for the price, especially since vegan junk food almost always costs more. (I make it with vegan butter, some of the macaroni water instead of milk, and I add a little mustard just to punch up the flavor a tad.)

Surprisingly good
I'm a long-term vegan so can't even remember the last time I had macaroni cheese. I say surprising in the headline because when I made the cheese sauce it tasted too strong to me, but adding it to the bland macaroni (cooked without salt) balances out nicely.
