I use it as a prop for staging, so I can’t really give an opinion on comfort. But it looks nice!

I do not like writing a negative review but this set was a huge mistake. The seat pan is too short and even though we use the ottoman, there is no way to get comfortable. We are three months in and ready to just throw it away and go to the local furniture store to start over. The seat cushions are already starting to sag and the back rest doesn’t come back to life after fluffing. Looks like bacon. I do not recommend this for sitting at all. This should be put in a room that only gets looked at and never used.

Ian missing part of the sofa I have contacted Chita for the missing parts. They requested my order number which I forwarded with my receipt. I’m awaiting their response. Will let you know later how this goes!! … 1 week later I got the rest of the sofa !!! It’s perfect.
