I was not sure it will work with my Toshiba satellite L850 but it did. The initial powering up of my laptop took a little time but is smoother afterwards. I now enjoy a faster laptop.

Using this Ram for our HP computer. Our set up is that we are using this PC for streaming in the living room. We have it connected to our TV and Surround Sound Theater. Before the HP, came with 4gb of ram which was causing system to lack some what. This upgrade fix our issues. Along with streaming on our PC, we are able to by pass all these unwanted commercials on streaming and are able to watch movies on DVD's and other platforms that are not NSTB. Get away from you phones and others devices that are hindering you from watching what "YOU". Less than 10 bucks solved all the issues. Many have gotten away from DVD/Blue Ray. But if you are buying these movies on certain streaming sites. What are you going to do if that site can't gain access to the internet or your account expire and/or cancels. You have spent all that $$$ for nothing. My house, we watch what we when we want.
