Have a new adjustable king bed with single mattresses. One has been slipping off frequently when raising the head of the mattress. My side was always fine but my husband’s came off frequently. But it's a significant production to put on and take off, and I reached the point where I wanted something easier even if it wasn't quite as bombproof. These are much easier to use and work almost as well. The metal clips feel more substantial than plastic alternatives that eventually crack, and four covers the whole bed in a few minutes. There has been the occasional clip that loses its grip overnight, but not frequently enough to be actually annoying. The real test came when I accidentally washed one still attached to the sheet — it held up fine. The Bed Scrunchie would not have survived that. If you want the easiest fitted sheet solution and can accept very occasional slippage, these are it.
