I love this. It immediately pulled my shoulders back and I feel it’s just what I need. The straps criss cross in the back and then you hook them in the front. Looking at the picture makes it easy to see how it goes on. The material is perfect. Seamless and stretchy. I got a small and I’m a tiny person and it fits great on the loosest setting so I’d say it runs small so size up.

The material is very nice and the product is well made, but even though I ordered up one size as suggested by other reviews, I could barely pull it on over my head and shoulders let alone wear it. Then it was almost impossible to get it off! I can't recommend this product

I was curious to see how this kind of thing would work. Now I know....it does not. The extra strap just smashes the girls without lifting them up. Otherwise a nice bra, comfortable, easy to remove pads (yay!), but come on, not a push up at all.
