Extremely pleased!
I can't say enough good things about this light. There are so many cheap ones on the market now that do next to nothing for plants and provide so little a source of light that you may as well have nothing, but not this one. I've been using it exclusively for a few months with seedlings and propagation and have had zero leggy plants. With any light, distance is important, and that's true of this one, but it seems to reach farther then other similarly size lights. It's very thin, but despite this, feels like very good quality material. It's also incredibly easy to use. It comes with cables and such to hang wherever you like. I had to figure something out, but it isn't the fault of the light, just my lack of preparation. Overall, I rate this highly. I intend to buy a few more of these to add to my indoor grow operation.

Plants love it. Gives off some heat, nothing crazy. Easy enough to clip from the ceiling. Very stable.

Awesome thin, lightweight design.
I’m always on the lookout for good full spectrum grow lights for my Kratky Hydroponic growing system. I liked this light because of how thin it is and how easy it is to suspend it from my wire shelving above my plant boxes. It comes with the suspension wires, corner clips, and a carabiner, so it was ready to hang up straight from the box. I like the simple design of this grow light. It’s basically just one thin 12” x 12” metal plate with a soft, almost fabric-like, border all the way around the edges. The front side has all of the LEDs in a perfect grid. There is an organized and evenly dispersed design of red, blue, and warm white lights on it. There is a larger percentage of red lights, followed by blue lights, and less warm white lights. All the lights come on during use – there is no way to choose to have just certain colors on. The graph that they show in the description shows the spectrum wave that is supposedly perfect for all stages of plant growth. I’m not a lighting engineer, so I’ll let my plants show me if they agree! The back of the light is just the flat metal plate with the controller screwed on in the center. This is where I plug in the cord. The cord has an on/off rocker switch on it, which would be convenient in some situations. But since I don’t want to babysit my system, I prefer to plug it into a separate timer so it is more self-managing. This grow light is bright, has no noise, no heat, and low power consumption. It works great and appears to be decent quality for such a small, thin, lightweight grow light. If my plants show that they are thriving as I expect them to, and these lights prove they are durable and long-lasting, I will likely get many more of these to cover my entire system.

Very bright, thin lightweight profile, CON: has toggle switch that will likely fail
Very bright! But please don’t look directly at it. Or any light for that matter. OVERALL: I like the light, but expect that the toggle will fail relatively soon if used daily. These lights are great because they are so thin and lightweight. They are easy to hang; unlike other lights were you really should attach to a stud, these are light enough that just into dry wall will work. (As in a hook on the ceiling and some thread/line down) They are also great for shelving when starting plants since they are so thin. CON: PLEASE stop using that toggle switch. I don’t know who manufactures that toggle switch (like how a lot of zippers say YYK? That’s the brand that makes zippers) but stop buying them. I have had multiple lights from various companies with these rocker switches that fail. It is to the point I ASSUME they will fail. Now, this isn’t just this particular light, because basically every other listing for an LED light that has switch will have the same low quality one as this. SOLUTION?: Well, stop making them with this. But on our end, I HIGHLY recommend setting your lights on a timer. Good for your plants to have consistency, saves you time and convince, and you don’t have to touch the switch. The second option is to cut out the switch entirely and reconnect the wires. It isn’t hard to do; I have done it before. Most people won’t bother to even find out if something like this can be fixed, and just toss the light/item, thus wasting precious resources. These LEDs will last a loooong time. Since this is a widespread problem, it makes it harder to rate. But many of my square LED light panels have no switch at all, which I prefer. USES: -Can be used to make an inexpensive algae scrubber by simply leaning it against the side of your tank. Basically, you are ‘farming’ algae in one place in your tank, so you can easily remove it, thus removing excess nitrogen from the system. They are v expensive to buy, but easy to make. (Make a partition with a weir at the top and holes/slits at the bottom, out of coroplast or similar; get some plastic canvas to go between coroplast and glass, and add an airstone. Make sure your tank lights are on a timer to turn off midday for 3~ hours or so, but leave the led for the scrubber on all the time.) -Does not fit in Rolling 10 Drawer Carts with the plastic bins. (Light is a tad too big) The ones for paper storage and such. It doesn’t say anywhere that it does, so it’s not a criticism, just an observation. I have quite a few square panel led grow lights, most from thE bay, that do slip in there. So I can put seedlings in the tray and slide a light above. Saves space since I use soil blocks and start a ton of seeds.

Really lightweight, thin
12 inches x 12 inches, just short by 1/4 inch, so easily will fit into a foot square space. Comes with a spec sheet, but not instructions, need to look at listing, but really simple to use if you know how to attach an AC cord into the outlet. There is an inline on/off push switch. No timer. The electric comes into the light thru a plastic box, with one screw to hold it onto the unit. There is a hole for another screw, but was not included, but the one screw will swivel around, so the cord can come out on any side of the lamp. Just hang it over your plants at the level most appropriate for your grow. I just set it on the wire shelf on my small window green house, no need to hang it. I can use a timer (one of those for house use to turn your lights on and off at specific times) that I already have. Good color of lights, no heat produced, so may need to have a heating plant pad underneath if starting early in season. I use it to extend the daylight hours in the first part of the grow, and then can decrease the times as the days get longer.

Great for seedlings.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like to experiment with different types of LED grow lights to be able to see firsthand the results. Heat generation: Like most LED grow lights, there's very little heat imprint. Which allows for the plants to be really close to the light without burn. The downside, you might need extra heating during winter months but definitely end up saving on cooling during warmer months. Functionality: The light fixture comes with everything you need for easily hanging the light. On/off switch and remote included as well. While this light does work. It's still just a small LED light with pretty low lumen output so please temper your expectations. I also did get some plant stretching at early stages. Would recommend something with higher lumen output for flowering stage. Brightness: Very similar to other LED grow lights of this size, not super bright but does provide full spectrum. Should be bright enough for about a 2x2 feet area. Durability: So far, this light outlived another LED grow light that I got at the same time. I use these lights for seedlings and vegetative stage, so the light stays on pretty much around the clock. It's been running for close to a year now. Plant growth: I mostly use these small LED lights for seedlings and early vegetative stage, and they work quite great. Do not recommend for flowering stage.

Great for a bay window!
Large and puts off a nice amount of lights. Now that they make this kind of thing, no matter where you live you can continue your love affair with gardening. I’m excited to have plants all year around, especially for herbs. I have a glass bookshelf, and so I hung the light over the bookshelf so that the light can penetrate all the way through the shelving with ease. this would be great if you have a bay window. You could put the light at the top and put your plants on full display in the windowsill.

Great Light for Indoor Hydroponics Setup
This LED grow light works pretty well for my indoor hydroponic garden, which includes lettuce and herbs. The full spectrum lighting seems to be doing its job just fine, providing the right amount of light for my plants to thrive. The setup is straightforward thanks to the easy-to-handle suspension kit—no tools needed, which is a nice touch. The construction feels solid, and I appreciate that there's no fan noise—a big plus when it's running in a living space. The mounts are user-friendly and make adjusting the light's position hassle-free. It’s efficient and reliable, so I don’t have to worry about constantly replacing lights. If you're growing small plants indoors, this light is a decent choice that won’t require constant maintenance or upgrades.
