Si es la primera vez que los vas a probar, considera que son geles, la consistencia es G E L. puede llegar a ser empalagoso y el sabor entre opciones es parecido pero si varía, es complicado de describir, pero sobre todo espera un sabor dulce y pegajoso. Si piensas que puedes "comerte" la mitad y después una segunda mitad, puede llegar a ser algo complicado ya que el sobre no se vuelve a cerrar una vez abierto. Yo lo compré para consumir durante horas de nado, es algo complicado nadar y comerlo al mismo tiempo por su consistencia, pero es MUY BUENO y yo en lo personal siento un boost de energía muy notorio; por eso lo recomiendo.
