Great support for sciatica pain
I bought this for my husband because he suffers from sciatica, and it has helped him a lot during flare-ups. It fits comfortably around the hip and leg, providing good compression and stability while he works. The material feels very durable, and it has held up well even after several washes. Overall, itโs comfortable, supportive, and has been a great help for his daily activities.

Support after pickleball injury.
Strained upper hamstring/glute playing pickleball. After some time off, tried a wide ace bandage I had on hand to protect the area, but it didn't provide enough support. This one does a great job. Size is true. My only wish is that the lower portion would taper down a bit more. I have fairly skinny legs and there is always a slight gap at the bottom. It's not an issue for me because I'm trying to support the upper portion, mainly. Just an observation. Comfortable enough to wear for several hours of competitive pickleball.

Would recommend
It works pretty well. Great fit and support. Easy to figure out. Nice thickness and quality. The only problem is that the velcro wonโt stay stuck when I move my torso. It needs to be tight to work.

Fits good, comfortable and easy to put, seems to work....soft material...I would recommend if u need a little support sciatica

Muscle vs. Joint
This is great if you're healing from a muscle or strained tendon issue. I sent mine back because it does not help if the bone and joint is your issue.
