Fits Costco rolls & gold color matches Kohler
Tl;Dr: Fits Costco rolls without inhibiting their ability to roll freely. Easy to install if you have a drill, a level, and a modicum of home improvement experience. Make sure the surrounding area above does not obstruct the roll's ability to be placed on the bar when it's open. It helps if you have a second pair of hands to test this out before you start drilling. Matches Kohler brushed moderne brass while being a fraction of the price (WHY are their toilet paper holders - specifically - SO much more expensive???) --- This part of the review is copied and pasted to all the products I used for project. This is the culmination of months of research, trial, and error. I needed an economical set of hardware for my low-budget-but-still-pretty bathroom remodel. Here is the final list of everything I purchased that ended up matching perfectly despite being from different brands. Yes, I have suffered greatly. Yes, you are welcome: 🚽 Towel bars: You can save a lot on these Kohler towel bars by choosing a used item in "like new" condition from the seller list: - Kohler ELATE® 18" TOWEL BAR https://a.co/d/922rVyq - Kohler ELATE® TOWEL ARM https://a.co/d/0cbin6I 🚽 Toilet paper holder: It was frustratingly quite an issue for me to be able to find a matching toilet paper holder that had enough depth to be able to hold a Costco toilet paper roll. After an excessive amount of trial, error, and searching, and this one did the job perfectly: - POKIM Brushed Brass Toilet Paper Holder, Bathroom Pivoting Tissue Holder Wall Mount with Template, SUS304 Double Post TP Mega Roll Holder Matte Gold Modern Finish https://a.co/d/e8sUTIw 🚽 Faucet: Don't buy this if you have hard water, get 100% stainless steel instead so you can use bar keepers friend on it to remove buildup. - FORIOUS Modern Brushed Gold Bathroom Faucet 3 Hole, 8 Inch Widespread Bathroom Faucet Gold with Metal Pop-up Drain Assembly, Two Handle Vanity Faucet with cUPC Supply Lines, 8" Gold Bathroom Faucet https://a.co/d/figBJPX 🚽 Cabinet handles: This specific size and shade combination was really hard to find. A niche issue but maybe helpful for you. They are lightweight and the finish looks more spray painted than "brushed". But at least the color is right: - Hickory Hardware 10 Pack Kitchen Cabinet Handles, Drawer Pulls for Doors & Dresser Drawers, Hardware for Bathroom, 3-3/4 Inch (96mm) Hole Center, Brushed Brass, Heritage Collection https://a.co/d/fKruJzx 🚽 Glass shelf: This JQK brand had a lot of things that would match. I specifically loved the rounded corners on this glass shelf: - JQK Bathroom Glass Shelf Gold, Tempered Glass Shower Storage 20 by 5 inches, 304 Stainless Steel Brushed Gold Wall Mount, TGS121L20-BG https://a.co/d/9h8Egmo When I bought it, the gold hardware was unavailable, so I bought these brackets separately and switched them out. You could do the same if you already have a glass shelf to use: - JQK Glass Shelf Bracket Brushed Gold, Work for 6-8mm Shelf, 304 Stainless Steel Wall Mount Brackets 2 Pack, GSB101-BG-P2 https://a.co/d/fGMRrPd 🚽 Hooks: These hooks fit perfectly to add functionality to the space behind my bathroom door when it's open. I love the design and it's well-made. Only drawback is that it's slightly more saturated/yellow than all the other hardware, but it's a negligible difference and the look is so clean that I think it's 100% worth it: - Angle Simple Towel Hook Rack Brushed Gold, SUS304 Stainless Steel Bathroom Hook Rail 5 Hooks, Utility Kitchen Towel Holder, Wall Mount https://a.co/d/0JCFOWr 🔥 Final note: When trying to find matching Kohler items, add "2mb" to the end of your search keywords to get only the brushed moderne brass color in your results. I didn't purchase shower/tub hardware for this low-budget remodel, but if I did, I would definitely try to find a bargain on Kohler for durability's sake. 💜

Outstanding quality!
I was really tired of smacking my knee into the toilet paper holders in my bathrooms. I have 2.5 baths in the house and the contractor originally installed them really low and directly in the path of a knee cap! I saw these on Amazon and figured I would give them a shot. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality packaging and the quality of the metal and finish! These are solid brushed metal as is described in the ad. The finish and hardware is high quality and is not difficult to install. The only thing plastic on these units is the toilet paper roll (as is to be expected). Even the two sides where the roll attach are machined metal! Installation: Since it requires a 5.25” square hole in the wall, I decided to use a 5 1/4” floppy disk as my template. 😅 I traced around the “template” and cut the hole with a razor box cutter. Afterward I placed the spring and bracket into the wall which fit easily and snugly. On my first attempt installing the holder, I bumped the bracket and knocked it into the wall so it fell down to the floor, inside the wall. Easy enough….I grabbed a magnet and attached some yarn to fish it back out. Second attempt I started the screws a few turns and then used the electric drill to finish tightening. I would not recommend tightening TOO much as it might strip out the metal and make it fall but I was able to get it very tight against the wall. The unit has no budge or give at all. It feels like it’s against a stud in the wall, even though it’s free hanging. This whole install process took me around 10 minutes and it looks incredible with the brushed steel finish. I highly recommend these units for anyone looking to have an industrial toilet paper holder in the wall that looks fantastic! 😎👍

Smart design
It's a toilet paper holder. I don't know how much there is to elaborate on. I'm a fan of the easy functionality of getting access to the old tube and replacing with a new roll. Seems like a no brainer when it comes to design. The tubes roll off the spindle easily. The weight is minimal, the design is smart and the size is what it needs to be. It's a toilet paper holder and it holds toilet paper.

Excellent TP Holder
I grabbed this holder because the one in my apartment could not hold anything bigger than "standard" rolls. I have a small bathroom, and buying a stand alone TP rack isn't really an option for me. After looking at a couple of different ones on Amazon, I decided on this one, despite a couple of reviews stating that it won't fit the "mega" rolls. With Amazon's return policy, I didn't have much to lose. I got it installed in about 10 minutes (at least half of that was spent removing my existing holder). I tried to reuse the existing hole, and thought all was well, but I noticed the bottom was not flush. The existing hole was not tall enough. I got out the hole saw a couple days later, and cut about another 1/4 inch from the bottom, and this was enough for the new holder to fit flush. Unfortunately, the brace when fully tightened, didn't quite sit flush against the inside wall. I added a few pieces of double sided mounting tape, and shimmed the excess space between wall and bracket. The side panel of my vanity is thinner than any other I've ever seen. But my stop-gap solution worked just perfectly. Regarding why I bought this, I can happily report that it does fit the "mega" rolls very well. I typically use Charmin Ultra, and up until recently, I had no problem finding the standard rolls in the stores. That changed, and the megas were all I can find locally anymore. I've not had any issues with loading or using the mega rolls from this holder. I can't confirm if any other brands work well or not, but Charmin Ultra in the mega roll size had zero issues. I'm very happy with holder, and I wouldn't hesitate getting another one if I needed to.

Looks good, installs easily, but one major oversight
This toilet paper holder has a quality feel to it (hoping the finish doesn’t rust over time). The instructions are printed on the back of the box and are easy to follow. Also, the roller brackets are short which means a larger percentage of the paper roll lives inside the concave housing instead of jutting out into the room, which is great for tight spaces. Biggest gripe — the machine screws that connect the housing to the roll brackets were too long. As seen in pics, they were about 1/8 to 3/16 too long to tighten down. Luckily, I had enough tiny random nuts in my toolbox to use as spacers, so crisis averted. I can imagine folks who don’t have a lot of spare hardware lying around being really frustrated with this fundamental failure of quality control. Other than that, wife loves the new TP holder.
