Will this work WELL for spraying Diatomaceous earth?

These dusters work best if you put a couple marbles or pennies or something like that to keep dust loose and only fill around half full.

How do you use it? It does not come with any instructions at all.

No instructions but self explanatory once you get one in your hands, simply put your powder in the container and the the sides are flexible - kinda like an accordion so all you do is depress the container and the powder comes out the nozzle. Great product, i read some people put a coin like a nickel inside the container to help keep the powder from clumping together - like the ball bearing you hear in a spray paint can. Hope that helps. This unit has very good build quality as well for the price.

It should not have any powder it is most likely a return.
