have the animal parts used in ferrofood been from animals that are organic, pasture raised, industrial feed lots etc?

Wasn't aware of "animal parts". Am aware however that it's a great product that I've been using for the past decade. Perhaps your question should be directed to Standard Process if you are sincere about receiving an accurate response.

What kind of iron is it?

It only says Iron 10mg. But there is an additional 234mg Proprietary Blend with many ingredients.

What type of gelatin is used?

All of Standard Process' gelatin capsules are made from beef, pork or a combination of both.

Why do the pills in the bottle i recieved look different than the picture of the pills in the bottle advertised on here?
