Men Compression Shirt for Body Slimming Tank Top Shaper Tight Undershirt Tummy Control Girdle

I am, Age / 47 Height / 5’7 ft Chest / 38 inch Waist / 34 Weight / 170 lbs Belly / Medium round (no six pack) Body / Normal (not skinny, not fat) Shirt / Medium or Large depending brands but I usually wearing Medium size. My body posture is normal - not skinny and not fat but I have round stomach and little bit of mens boob that shows when I'm wearing shirts. I guess part of the aging process. I was skeptical at the beginning until I ordered Tailong Men Compression Shirt - MEDIUM size. I'm so happy with the results. This is really worked to hide my round stomach and mens boob. I tried it on the first hook (the tighter one) - make sure you pull and flatten your tummy inside when you are putting the hooks together for easier to put it on. The fit is snug and tight but still comfortable, after awhile I get used to it and I don’t have a problem to move around and breathe normally. The zipper compression really makes everything looks even better. Whenever I'm wearing the compression my round stomach and side handle looks flat and slimmer. Now I have so much confident wearing a slim-fit shirt or player version soccer jersey. It’s helped my posture and boost my confidence. I've got so many compliments when I'm wearing it but I realized it's only temporary slim-fit effect created by Tailong compression. I really want to have the real one. It's motivated me to exercise more and go to the gym to build some muscle to have an athletic body and better posture so that I don't have to wear this compression forever. I know it's going to take times and dedication. It's going to be a real “no pain no gain” in the process. In the meantime Thank you Tailong!

Great product!! Runs small. Get one size up!!

I checked the sizing chart and it suggested I go with XL. I wear L in almost all of my shirts, but I followed the chart. Even on the tightest fitting, it didn't feel very compressing or snug, so I bought an L for comparison. With the L, it was difficult to fasten the hooks and zip the zipper, and it definitely compressed my stomach. The material is comfortable and well-made. I was comfortable most of the day, but I started to feel too warm by the end of my workday. I don't think I could wear it outside in the summer because it's too thick and I would overheat.

I am 6'2" and weigh about 218 lbs. Not in good shape. Needed something to hold in my stomach while helping with my posture (bonus). I took my measurements twice before checking the provided size chart. Per the chart, I was informed I needed a size (XL). I double-checked all of my dress shirts. They were all (L) or Size 16 (U.S.). Tried them on for good measure. All shirts fit correctly. But I decided to follow the provided chart anyway. Note: I had read ALL reviews first. Today I sit here wearing my just delivered compression shirt. It fits well. And I look a lot better with it under a shirt. The comfort level is perfect. In the desert, though, I expect it will get warm. But I can live with that. I was able to drink water and eat without choking or getting anything stuck, which happened to me years ago after I wrapped up for a night on the town using an Ace bandage. Not recommended. My stomach looks much better now, but I could not help thinking it would look even better with a size smaller, the (L), the same size as my dress shirts. So I ordered another to find out. She bought him a (L) and said it fit. In any event, as someone noted, if you plan to lose weight, consider what size you want to wear after weight loss. So either way, I know I can use the smaller (L) size, too. After the (L) arrives tomorrow, I will update this review.

So the suggested size was correct. I like the color and fabric. The only issue I have is that the metal hook and loops are TINY and time consuming to attach. More often than not, the one you just hooked becomes undone when you try to attach the next one. Frustrating. I had a previous surgery center garment that had LARGE hook and loops and was 10X easier to wear. They still make them but they are crazy expensive. For the price I can live with the quirks.

Zipper is good, and its definitely a tight fit so works for people who wants to hide a little bit of their belly

After loosing a lot of weight, nearly 100 pounds I was able to get to get an abdominoplasty or easier to say excess skin removal surgery. With my procedure I also got a translocation of umbilicus (belly button) other wise my belly button would have ended up about the pubic bone area. Anyone who has had this procedure or other abdominal surgery knows you are often placed in a binder to provide compression. I’m told it helps with healing. Since I only had one binder I got another one like the one I came home from the hospital in. Due to my medications for various medical conditions I’m healing slowly. I started to find the binder more uncomfortable more so as I was able to move around. After the drains came out. We my doctor and I discussed the need for compression for longer period. Perhaps even up to a year given my age I’m 62 and on medications to treat my psoriatic arthritis. I was told that I could try tight biking shorts as regular compression shorts wouldn’t go high enough Searched for a more comfortable option. At first I tried just a compression tank top without additional compression layer. It may have been ok if I hadn’t over done it I developed a seroma that required draining not a comfortable process. As a result the doctor wanted me in heavier compression longer period of time. So back to the binder it and I started my search again. This time I thought I’d include a high waisted compression underwear shorts I got both boxer brief, and brief style I came across to options from this company this one and a pull over or step in tank. Both provide a nice compression and then including the high waisted underwear I’ve been very comfortable, I can move around without feeling the binder. Of the 2 styles I do prefer this one may only have an issue with it. One is the zipper it comes so high that an eagle pendant taps on as I move. Im sure the reason for it being so high has do with the fact this top is or can also be used for gynecomastia or man boobs. I also have that to some degree and may get that done as well. The second is it pushes some remaining excess skin up so it kind of bulges over the top of arm hole. Not a problem as I don’t think I’ll be wearing just this top. Over all I find this top product very comfortable so much so I’ve ordered a couple more of them along with the underwear to wear while I wash them. I do wash it in a front load washer on delicate cycle and in a large laundry bag then air dry it. If you need compression either post surgery (discuss with your doctor) or just to look slimmer while loosing weight and getting healthier. Get this product and you may consider the compression undershorts.

I ordered this as suggested by doctor to assist help alleviate discomfort for a hernia while I wait for surgery. It works wonderfully. I would suggest following the sizing chart. I was worried the first time I put it on. It felt very tight, but after wearing for a day it seemed to stretch slightly and was much more comfortable. The only down side is in the shoulders I noticed after wearing this for 12 hours straight I had a mild muscle soreness. I do feel that is something to be expected though. I chose this for the shoulder straps to help keep the waist compression in place during my work day as I do move around a lot, it has completely met my expectations. Also side note I did receive a few comments from coworkers, apparently the trimming esthetic is noticeable.
