These work very well, ratio of sodium and potassium is very good. Also due to it being chewable instead of the fizzy, there is no nausea afterwards. A great product I will be ordering more.

I have POTs and these make a noticeable difference when I'm having an episode. Literally can go from barely responsive to back to normal in a few minutes sometimes. Taste great, I hate strong flavours so they are quite strong for me but can manage them better than most other ones

Taste strong and not exactly nice but not bad either. Why in earth have you put a sticker over the information on the labels though, very unhelpful

A must-have for POTS! I drink electrolytes all day, but on flare days, it's still not enough. I can't use the traditional salt tablets that my neurologist recommended because they made me severely nauseated. I have difficulty swallowing, and they'd get hung up in my throat, too. (Very Gross!) But with these, I can chew them up and get the benefits much faster. The taste is a bit strong, but considering how much sodium is in it, that's to be expected. I've found that keeping it in my mouth and chewing it a little over time (like you would a peppermint or lifesaver candy) makes the taste less overwhelming. I recommend these to anyone with POTS or dysautonomia, especially if you have difficulty swallowing. They've been a huge help for me!

I have Multiple Sclerosis and “thriving” for 23+ years. Yes I have completely F’d up days, but they don’t exist compared to 99% of AMAZING days. One of my major relapse symptoms is the “MS Hug.” The best way I can explain it is comparing it to a random collapsed lung that usually occurs in the middle normal, stress free conversation 🤣😂🤣. And here comes PoTS. Roughly 5 years ago my MS symptoms changed after contracting C-19 straight from the source in November 2019 after giving a hug to a good friend who returned from his mother’s Funeral in W’han, as the result of a really bad “flu.” Unbeknownst to any of us that mid November Saturday, his tears were real, the sniffles were the result of the OG-19. Needless to say, as an already severely immunocompromised human, I caught it and though “patient zero” was not identified until March 2020 in Washington State, those of us on the East Coast already had it… I’m not going to get into the other side affects of following 2 yrs as it’s irrelevant now, yet cost me my immune system in full. After surviving near death multiple times in 3 months, in January 2020, my normal MS symptoms now included issues w blood pressure, dizziness, severe/prolonged tinnitus, syncope, random nausea, gastrointestinal issues and more. My neuro began to treat me w additional meds. That helped. However 9 months ago a situation triggered additional symptoms, live a cough that refused to go away and nothing helped. That is until I discovered I had PoTS and found these LIFE CHANGING TABLETS! Thank you for this amazing product and giving me a part of my life back.

It does taste like really salty fruit punch. I kind of figured it would. But it does serve its purpose. I have dysautonomia and. POTS follows under the umbrella. My autonomic nervous system kind of sucks. So when I stand up my blood pressure drops which makes me extremely dizzy and all that etc. that does seem to help my symptoms. I would definitely recommend this for dysautonomia and pots.

These are great and work fast in hot humid heat. I prefer these instead of drinking liquid products. A big glass of water and two fast chews and I'm good. These were recommended by my cardiologist.

I love these. I DO NOT use them as a main source of hydration, I drink two TRIORAL packets daily with added mio drops for flavor, but if I am feeling off at work and have already had a lot of electrolyte water, I take one of these. I don't even usually need to take two, just one. They definitely taste very strong but duh, I think they taste good and they go down okay. Since I don't take em a lot, 1 bottle of 60 has lasted me 4 months, so very cost effective for me. I'm sure I'll use more in the summer.
