Initial impression... good, sturdy pole with a couple of places to extend the pole...vs 1 on most poles. The pole itself is a larger diameter and has ridges, so no hand fatigue or slippery feel. The dust head is on the small side, but as my husband pointed out, if it were larger, it would be too heavy for the extended pole..ok, bought that explanation... Our living room and foyer ceiling is 12’6”; this pole reached the corners with plenty of extension left over. The brush head cleaned up the little dust bunnies that were trapped on the textured ceiling, it also cleaned out the vent fins on the cold air return with no problem. We have a large wall hanging on one wall, a large painting over the fireplace on another.. this was able to reach the top of these pieces and grab whatever dust was up there. So for our first go-round with this, I give it 5 stars. We’ll see how the durability is, and if something comes up, I’ll edit my review, but for now, I’m impressed.

Overall we were very pleased with our purchase. The box containing the unit arrived in great condition and everything was in working order. The extension of the pole is very, very good. And the locking latches work perfect. The only item, and the reason for 4 out of 5 starts, was that the brush head was not a round shape. It appeared to have had a bit too much trimmed from it. It didn't appear to impact the effectiveness of the device but when your expecting one thing and you receive another, it's a bit fo bummer. With that being said, I wouldn't let that issue stop your purchase. Bottom line is you'll be able to get rid of the things that had you looking for the device in the first place.

The extension pole is a great tool and all the attachments are excellent as well.

Worked great in main area under eaves for cob webs. Need attachable thin brush for hard to clean under eave corners

The pole is fine, but the cobweb head is worthless. It came in a sleeve and was completely squished up ... it didn't fluff out after opening it and is unusable in its condition.

This telescopic pole with 90 degree head and brush were exactly what I needed to stay on the ground so that I could reach my roof valleys and brush the leaves from my gutter guards.

The pole is very durable. After a single use of the attachment brush, it tore and broke. The base of the attachment is plastic and poor quality.
