Yes, Each Poncho is individually packaged in a ziplock bag, about the size of a deck of cards for easy storage.

Are these ponchos one time use, or reuseable?

Our ponchos are reusable, they are made of thick 24 Micron Mylar which makes them very durable. Simply fold the poncho up after use and it will be ready for the next event.

How well will it prevent detection from infrared scopes?

Infrared scopes work basically like a regular scope, but with light that isn't visible to the human eye. So, you would need a a grey camo. But, THERMAL scopes detect heat. I haven't tried this to block Thermal scopes, but, theoretically it should block most of the heat. Obviously any exposed body parts will show, but also your body heat may rise above and out from under the poncho, and may show if you're in one place awhile. It should baffle your thermal signature, though.
