Does this work on stains other than red? I have one blue and one black stain on berber carpet.

I would use Stain 1 instead of Red one. Yes this is formulated for Red only

does this come with a spray attachment?

No it does not but you can buy a spray bottle very cheap!

Will this remove a set in self tanning stain from carpet?

I'm not sure about a tanning stain. But I know it did a great job on spilled red pop stains.

Has anyone successfully used this to remove red dye transferred to white clothing in the wash?

Would have to be tested, as with every chemical, fabric test should be done first.
