WORKS... but
Used this and another longer flat ethernet cable successfully (40-50 feet). The long cable connects a wireline networking adapter to an ethernet switch. The shorter cable connects a printer to the ethernet switch. The shorter one is NOT the 20 feet. as-advertised - It measures 16 feet but was adequate for a printer-ethernet switch connection (a little tight). BOTH provide real 1 gigabit speeds. The long cable was run on a drop ceiling. The short cable was an over-door and along flat surface run. IF length is critical, make sure the cable is the as-advertised length FIRST. Cosmetics are not important for their use.

Great cable with true CAT6 speed
Used to connect a fiber modem to 1Gb switch. Tested the speed and proved to be truly CAT6 capable. Easy to lay in a room against a wall. And the price was right.

Easy to wire up your Network in Lieu of Using WiFi - a bargain for the $$$$
I received the product quickly and installed it easily from my Router to my Network Stereo Receiver. Easy to lay down, using the supplied guide clips. Now I have my Denon Stereo AVR Receiver "wired" for access to Network Radio and Music Streamers. I don't detect any sound difference, but direct wiring of the Router helps to avoid any WiFi Drop outs. It was a good purchase used with color coordinated wiring Channels to do a neat installation running along my finished basement ceiling .

Good flat internet cable
Very good flat shape to sneake under a carpet, It would have been perfect if its color could be like our wooden oak floor, the white color need to be covered by a tape of our color..
