These work perfectly! Easily allowed me to convert my shimano road bike shoes to have SPD cleats mounted on them. I ride road bikes but I much prefer SPD pedals even though, many think SPD's don't look cool on road bikes!!! I love my road bike shoes and now I can love them even more with a pair of SPD cleats on them too!!

Perfect for converting my stationary bike. Easy to install and easy to follow instructions. I've had these for a few years now and they are great! still holding on strong and durable.

I switched from Road Cleat Shoes to SPD Mountain shoes so I could clip in on either side of the pedals and walk easier during breaks. My two perfectly good pairs of road shoes were unhappy at the bottom of my closet, and no one on eBay wanted them. I tried a similar all metal product and almost broke my neck trying to clip out. These are heavy duty plastic and allow me to smoothly clip in and out of my SPD mountain pedals. Yes, I walk like a duck in them, but at least two pairs of shoes are not going to waste. My only complaint is that I must carry the fitting allen key to make sure the cleats stay tight in the shoes.

I had a pair of Giro shoes with SPD-SL cleats sitting in my closet that I never used because the pedals on my bike and the various spin bikes I use are SPD. I bought this product to convert my shoes so that I could use them in the gym, and it works great. The cleats do have a bit of float and feel a bit looser than the mountain bike shoes I was previously using, but I'm guessing that has more to do with the cleat itself than the adapter. The adapter was very simple to install and feels secure. I'm very happy that I'm able to get some use out of my old shoes without having to spring for a new pair.

Easy to install on to my boyfriend's Peloton shoe! Seriously!! I honestly thought there was no way to convert the 3 hole to a 2 hole until I did some research and this product came to light!!!!! Thank goodness.. Here's the story- We bought a Peloton and found out the clip in cleats and shoes were way different that it came with. I own way too many Tiem shoes that I couldn't give them up becauce of how much money I spent. We ended up changing out the petals to SPD on the Peloton and the only thing I needed to do next was to change my boyfriend's Peloton shoe from a 3 hole to a 2 hole SPD. This product was awesome! It took a while to align it together without the outter grooves of the cleat hanging off the shoe. Product is very durable and does the job great!

I love my SPD pedals on my gravel bike, but I also love wearing road shoes when doing road group rides. I wanted to convert mySpecialized Torch road shoes to SPD. I thought the plastic might be a bit flimsy, but it is actually very durable. It makes road shoes much easer to walk in. I would try mountain biking or cyclocross racing with it because the contact points are still pretty narrow and you could easily twist your ankle. But for road riding these are great.
