It’s a sprocket
It arrived as described. I ordered the wrong size sprocket because I’m a goober. The standard razor crazy cart uses a #25 chain. But the XL cart uses a T8F chain. In case anyone is wondering.

Good quality sprocket with accurate fit
I was happy with the quality of this sprocket. The dimensions were accurate and it fit my setup well without any issues. Quality control on my sprocket was not good.
One of the teeth were bent just enough to create a vibration in the chain. I took the grinder to straighten it up. Otherwise just as described.
