Doesn’t need to be refrigerated. There’s no dairy in the honey. As for the sample, why ask me? It’s not my company.

How long is it good for after opening?

Honey never really expires. But all of our honey has a good through date on the lid. Usually 5 years from the time we package it. Opening the container has no effect on the date.
