Do these markers bleed through notebook paper?

Very much depends on the quality of the paper. With 3M flip charts, no.

Does the product contain toxins?

Mr. Sketch Scented Markers are AP Certified nontoxic.

If used to decorate t-shirts or pillow cases, will the ink remain on the item after cleaned through a clothes washer?

These markers are not suitable for permanent clothing designs. The smell also wouldn't really remain so there wouldn't be much point. I highly recommend using fabric markers or paints and satchels of essential oils for the scent if that's what you're going for.

Best pens on the market

These are amazing flip chart pens. I have been using them for years, and they are still the best on the market. Lovely bright colours, robust chisel tip that keeps its shape. Good flow of ink that neither floods nor runs dry, and they have a good life length too. Main problem is stopping my children from stealing them.
